TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Only cats from the same home may share.
Payment of boarding fees are due at the time of collection by cash or cheque only. Please note we do not have debit/ credit card facilities.
Boarding fees are per day (from day of arrival to day of departure). Afternoon arrivals and morning departures will be charged at half the day rate.
If a definite booking is cancelled with less than 14 days' notice, a cancellation fee of £18.00 may be charged.
If a definite booking is made, but your cat never arrives and no notice of cancellation is given, you may be liable for payment for the full period booked.
At Christmas, New Year and Easter, there is a minimum fee equivalent to five days' boarding.
All cats must be immunised against Feline Infectious Enteritis and upper respiratory infections (Cat Flu). An up-to-date vaccination certificate MUST be produced on arrival.
We regret that un-neutered male cats over the age of seven months cannot be accepted for boarding.
Cats must have been wormed and treated for fleas prior to boarding.
All cats will be examined on arrival and the proprietor reserves the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill-heath, pending advice from a Veterinary Surgeon.
Please bring your cat in a secure, suitable basket.
